Help

A question about the app, your account or the Premium pass? Everything is here, and we answer at hello@koxmos.com.

Write to us

Write to hello@koxmos.com with the phone number or email of your account. We answer as soon as we can, in French or English.

I don't get my code

Koxmos signs you in with a six-digit code sent on WhatsApp or by email. Check the country code of your number, that WhatsApp is active on it, or your spam folder, then ask for a new code. If nothing arrives, write to us.

Discovery and Premium passes

Two one-month passes, paid once, never renewed by themselves. Discovery () and Premium () open all reserved content; Premium gives more questions a day to the analyst, more scheduled tasks and several countries at once. Moving from Discovery to Premium starts Premium at once. Your invoices are in Settings, Billing. For a payment issue, write to us with the invoice reference.

Report content

Under each content item, “Report this content” sends your report; every report is reviewed. If content puts you in question, you can exercise your right of reply at hello@koxmos.com: the reply is published within 24 hours, in the same place.

Become a creator

You live in your region and want to tell what is happening there? Sign-up is open to everyone, with no degree or selection: in the app, open Settings, Become a creator, and follow the steps. The conditions are in the Creator tab of the legal notice.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings, My profile, Delete my account, then confirm. Deletion is immediate and final: profile, preferences, saved items, conversations with the Koxmos analyst, reactions, reports and media are erased. For a creator, content is withdrawn from public view, the profile is anonymized and the earned balance is paid within 30 days. Only the payment records the law requires us to keep are retained.

Without the app

Write to hello@koxmos.com with the subject "Account deletion" and the phone number or email of your account. We delete the account within 30 days at most and confirm it to you.
